"The Birthday"

This 3' x 4' heavily textured acrylic painting was a commission by a romantic gentleman for a birthday gift. The painting captures the day the couple met while floating down stream in 1978. The bride to be was celebration her birthday.
The painting was done with a combination of brush and palette knife.
