When I paint something of such honor it is humbling and difficult because I have a hard time
feeling that I can achieve my intentions of creating something that is worthy enough to
represent it. I can not write a story stronger or more engaging than the actual life and times of
these soldiers. If you take the time to research the Buffalo soldier you will see the pride and bravery
in the stance of my painting prove itself.
