That's Far Enough

With the sheriff bearing down on me I took a short glance over at my rifle
propped up against the rain barrel. As I turned to measure out the distance and
possibilities I heard the sheriff in a low steady tone advise me, "That's far enough".

This painting, along with "Annie" and "Let's Have That Strongbox" were finalist in the
Chelsea 2009 International Fine Art Competition and were on display at the Agora Gallery in New York.
The competition was juried by Ira Goldberg, Executive Director of the Art Student League, NY.
